This event is open to womxn of all ages and abilities.
You don't need to be a runner (we have three groups including a hiking group to accommodate all paces), yogi or writer but you can be one or all three. This is about community. It's about creative expression through movement, stillness and pen hitting paper. There will be laughter, there will be something yummy to eat, and there will be connection, the kind that only a room full of womxn creates.
Things to bring:
Running clothes and shoes for a mixture of pavement and dirt running/hiking
A change of clothes or extra layers for yoga and writing
A yoga mat
A journal and pen
An open heart (so cheesy but true)
